North Wind is an uncommon melee mod: Increases Cold damage on a melee weapon by 90% at max rank. Pavlov Spy on Lua, rotation B (about 7.5 percent), or any of the rotation B Interceptions listed below. The Wolf of Saturn Six only spawns from a Wolf Beacon now, so ignore that row. The plain Cold mod for melee; on 15 of our builds it is the Viral half next to a Toxin mod.
