How To Get Unkempt HaroldBounty of Blood DLC has finally dropped, the update size is 14.9GB which will take a while for most of us to download. The update features new a new vehicle, multiple legendaries to farm, and a whole new planet.

In this guide, we will find out where how you can get Unkempt Harold in Borderlands 3. Continue reading to find out.

How To Get Unkempt Harold BL3

Unkempt Harold won’t need any introduction for most of the Borderlands veterans. This weapon was literally the best of the best in terms of damage in BL2, which you could use throughout the whole game.

Unkempt Harold Stats

  • Red Text: I wasn’t counting either.
  • Damage: 6501×4
  • Accuracy: 62%
  • Reload Time: 2.5s
  • Fire Rate: 2.31/s
  • Mag Size: 16

The variant that dropped for me was Packin’ Shredded Unkempt Harold. This variant has +101 splash damage radius and it also consumes 4x ammo per shot (hence the huge damage). The variant that drops for you might be different, make sure to comment with the stats below. I will also be adding more variants as I will be farming for the perfect one.

Unkempt Harold Drop Location (BL3)

Since this weapon is a part of the new DLC, free users won’t be able to get it. You either have to be the owner of the Season Pass or you need to purchase the DLC for $12.

The weapon was added with the Bounty of the Blood DLC, so it is obvious that we will get it from the new content. To farm for this weapon head to Bloodsun Canyon, use the map given below for the exact location. To reach this location you will have to break the crystals that connect to the enemy’s location. I will probably add a video for this since it’s hard to explain with a picture.

Enemy Location

Once you’ve reached the location, you will have to take down the enemy called Caber Dowd. It took me around five tries to get the first drop. So don’t feel discouraged if you don’t get it in a few tries, this is all RNG dependent.

Here’s a video from Killersix showcasing the weapon:

The last update, Takedown at the Guardian Breach can be deemed as a flop. The initial encounters were really hard, enemies had huge health pool and the overall rewards were underwhelming (Web-Slinger & Globetrottr). Bounty of Blood is a DLC so it should surely have some good content, more information about the best legendaries and tutorials will be published in the coming days.
