Galvanized Scope is a rare rifle (primary) mod: Headshot kills grant a 12-second buff that increases critical chance while aiming by 40% and stacks up to 5 times for a total of 320% critical chance while aiming. Arbitrations: 20 Vitus Essence at the Arbiters of Hexis in any relay. Two or three Arbitration runs pay for it. The crit-chance mod that scales on headshots; it is on 11 of our rifle builds.
