The short answer

Three things raise Chemistry with each Hex member, once a day each: a KIM chat with the gold answer, a DIRECTGIFTZ gift they like, and that member’s bounty. Nothing lowers it; a wrong gift just pays nothing. Reach Liked with all six plus Hex rank 3 for the Hex Finale, and one member at a time can be dated. The Protoframe skins are a platinum purchase, not a Chemistry reward.

How Chemistry works

Ranks run Neutral, Friendly, Liked, Trusted, Close, Best Friends, with a separate Loved status for one dating partner.
Each rank also needs a Hex standing rank: Friendly at rank 2, Liked at 3, Trusted at 4, Close at 5.
Chat, gift and bounty each work once per member per day, resetting at 00:00 UTC. It is daily, not weekly.
Chemistry never drops. A wrong gift or a flat answer pays zero, not a penalty.
A heart on the send screen means the gift matched.
The Roundtable members and the Devil's Triad chat on KIM too, but take no gifts and have no bounties.

The daily loop

Open KIM and answer each member's message; gold choices are the Chemistry ones.
Buy one liked gift per member from DIRECTGIFTZ (the POM-2 terminal on the Orbiter, the backroom, or the mall garage) and send it.
Run each member's bounty in Hollvania; it is the one guaranteed gain.
Repeat after reset. Spread it across all six if the Finale is the goal; pick one if romance is.
Once the rank allows, visit that member in the mall and ask them to date.

Bounty first every day; it is guaranteed and the gifts cost Hollars.
Read each member's KIM profile for gift hints before you shop.
Cheap gifts are a free test; the worst outcome is zero.
Some chat branches close others for good; pick answers you mean.
Stock Hollars from Techrot safes and lockers while doing the bounties.

Mistakes that waste runs

Treating it as a weekly system and missing six daily gains.
Buying a Protoframe skin expecting a Chemistry shortcut.
Trying to date two members at once.
Skipping the bounty for gifts alone.
