VOLT

Electricity flows through Volt. His attacks deal high damage. Enemies will be shocked.

Volt is a fast squishy caster who speeds up the whole squad, stuns and shreds crowds with Shock and Discharge, and drops Electric Shield as cover that adds electric damage to shots fired through it. Built around the Shock Trooper augment he turns into a squad-wide electric damage buffer for Steel Path, trading tankiness for mobility and team-wide DPS.
