Neuroptics: Hollvania Central Mall bounties (level 75 to 80), or Amir for standing at rank 2
Chassis: Hollvania Central Mall bounties (level 65 to 70), or Amir at rank 2
Systems: Hollvania Central Mall bounties (level 85 to 90), or Amir at rank 2
Build the parts in the Foundry (12 hours each), then the frame (72 hours), or rush with platinum. The finished frame is also on the Market for platinum.
