Aya Farming Guide (2026): Where Aya Drops and What Regal Aya Buys
Tier 5 bounties, Zariman, and what it buys at Varzia
Last Updated on September 11, 2026
The short answer
Aya drops from the top-tier open-world bounties (Deimos, Cetus, Fortuna) and Zariman bounties, in the reward slot where vaulted relics used to sit. Run them solo, fill gaps with one-minute Void Captures, and spend the Aya on vaulted relics at Varzia in Maroo’s Bazaar. Regal Aya is real money only and buys the Primes outright.

| Source | Odds | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Tier 5 bounties (Deimos, Cetus, Fortuna) | Best per run; Deimos edges it | Solo; final stage pays best |
| Zariman bounties | Rises with the tier; top two tiers best | Fixed drop pool per tier |
| Void Capture missions | Low, but under a minute a run | Hepit and Ukko style nodes |
| Relic packs | Occasional Aya instead of a relic | Syndicate standing or Nightwave Creds |
What you need first
| Requirement | Why |
|---|---|
| An open world | Heart of Deimos, Saya's Vigil or Vox Solaris for the bounty boards. |
| Angels of the Zariman | For the Zariman bounty tiers. |
How Aya works
- Aya buys vaulted relics from Varzia one for one, so you farm the relic instead of the mission it used to drop from.
- Regal Aya is bought with real money and cannot be earned or traded; it buys the Prime frames, weapons and accessories directly.
- Aya also pays the top two Relay syndicate rank-ups (two and three Aya), so keep a few spare.
- Railjack, Void Storms and Orphix do not drop Aya, whatever older guides say.
The route
- Pick the open world you clear fastest and run its top bounty tier solo; the drop-chance differences are small, speed is not.
- Add Zariman bounties on the top two tiers as a second stream.
- Between bounties, chain Void Captures on a fast frame for the small extra chance.
- Buy relic packs with spare syndicate standing for the passive trickle.
- Take the Aya to Varzia and buy the relics for whatever is in this month's rotation.
What it buys
| Reward | From | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Vaulted relics | Aya at Varzia | Lith, Meso, Neo and Axi for the Primes in rotation |
| Relay syndicate ranks 4 and 5 | Aya | Two, then three |
| Prime frames, weapons, accessories | Regal Aya only | Real money; the live rotation page shows the prices |
Best frames
| Frame | Role | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Wisp | Bounty speed | Motes keep bounty stages fast and safe on any open world. |
| Gauss | Capture chains | Nothing runs a Void Capture faster. |
| Titania | Plains and Vallis | Razorwing crosses the open worlds between stages in seconds. |
Tips that save runs
- Solo the bounties; enemy scaling in public squads costs more time than it saves.
- Farm on whichever world you know best; clear speed beats a few percent of drop chance.
- Stockpile Aya in downtime so you can buy the relics the moment a Prime you want rotates in.
- The Prime Resurgence page updates live; check it before you farm the wrong relics.
Mistakes that waste runs
- Running Railjack for Aya.
- Paying Regal Aya for a Prime whose relics you could buy with farmed Aya.
- Buying relics for a Prime after its rotation ended.
