The short answer

Do the hourly Kuva Flood first (double a Siphon and a guaranteed Requiem relic), then the Siphons. For volume, park in Kuva Survival on Taveuni with a Resource Booster and a companion running Loyal Retriever. Take the free 20,000 from the Steel Path Circuit each week, and Teshin’s Kuva bundle when it rotates in. It all goes into Riven rerolls.

Kuva Siphon: up to six nodes rotate hourly across Grineer planets; destroy all four braids for the full payout, and solo beats a squad because enemy scaling slows you down.
Kuva Flood: one per rotation, double the Kuva and a guaranteed Requiem relic; always clear it first.
Kuva Survival on Taveuni: feed Life Support to Kuva Harvesters instead of towers and stay 20 to 30 minutes; the rate scales with boosters better than anything else.
Steel Path Circuit: at Drifter Opportunity rank 9 the weekly adapter slot can be swapped for 20,000 Kuva or a Riven.
Steel Path Honors: Teshin sells Kuva for Steel Essence on rotation, with a larger bundle every couple of months.
Nightwave ranks, open-world bounties and Sortie rewards add lumps you do not have to farm for.
Requiem relics themselves drop Kuva alongside the Requiem mods.

The route that pays most

Check the fissure tracker or the star chart for this hour's Flood and Siphons.
Run the Flood solo. Bank the Requiem relic.
Run whichever Siphons are on fast mission types; skip long ones.
When the rotation is dry, go to Taveuni: Resource Booster on, companion with Loyal Retriever, a tank frame, and stay 20 minutes plus.
On Monday, take the Circuit's Kuva option if you do not need the adapter that week.
Spend Steel Essence on Teshin's Kuva when the bundle rotates in and you have nothing else to buy.

Tips that save runs

Flood first, always: double the Kuva and the relic.
A Resource Booster is the single biggest multiplier and it stacks with Loyal Retriever.
Loyal Retriever works on any beast companion now, not just Smeeta.
Do not chase a god roll on a mediocre weapon; the reroll curve punishes it.
Keep a stack of Requiem mods built so a Lich never stalls on Kuva.

Mistakes that waste runs

Running Siphons in a full public squad; scaling costs more time than the squad saves.
Extracting from Taveuni at five minutes.
Ignoring the Circuit's Kuva option because it is next to the adapters.
