Ignis WraithBuildTips that save runs
- Condition Overload on melee weapons for similar damage scaling.
- Weapons with high multishot, such as shotguns or specific rifles, to apply status effects and benefit from the buff in a single trigger pull.
- Weapons that can quickly apply multiple unique status effects, like the Kuva Nukor with its Microwave proc.
- The damage increase is usually additive with other damage mods like Serration, but can be multiplicative in some cases.
- The damage increase is not applied on the hit that procs a new status effect; it applies on subsequent hits.
Mistakes that waste runs
- Players often expect the damage bonus to apply instantly on the same hit that procs a new status effect.
- Assuming the mod's buff applies to all equipped weapons or abilities, when it only affects the weapon it is equipped on.
- Not understanding that the damage bonus is for direct hits and does not apply to area-of-effect damage.
