Fulmin Prime

Build and guide

Build it. The Fulmin Prime offers versatile firing modes and innate electricity damage, making it adaptable to various combat scenarios. Its primary weakness is the semi-auto mode’s limited range and damage falloff.

Unique trait: Dual Firing Modes

Switches between a semi-automatic, silent, innate punch-through shotgun mode with forced Impact procs and a full-automatic, hitscan, pinpoint accurate rifle mode. Ammo regenerates over time.

The Fulmin Prime is the primed version of the Fulmin, featuring improved magazine size, faster reload, and enhanced semi-auto damage and status chance, alongside increased full-auto critical chance. It was released with Wisp Prime and Gunsen Prime.

This weapon uniquely offers two distinct firing modes: a semi-automatic shotgun-like blast and a full-automatic rifle. The semi-auto mode is silent, has innate punch-through, and forces Impact procs at close range, while the full-auto mode is hitscan and highly accurate.

A notable characteristic is its self-regenerating ammo, eliminating the need for ammo pickups. However, there is a delay before regeneration begins, and it does not benefit from reload-triggered mods.

How to get the Fulmin Prime

  1. The Fulmin Prime is vaulted: its relics no longer drop in missions. Open relics you already own, buy them for Aya when Prime Resurgence lists it, or buy the parts for platinum.
  2. Blueprint: Lith A7, Lith H9, Meso A5, Meso H7, Neo H4 and 2 more (vaulted relics).
  3. Stock: Lith C11, Lith C12, Lith G8, Lith Q1, Meso V10 and 2 more (vaulted relics).
  4. Barrel: Lith G10, Meso P13, Meso V9, Neo G7, Neo G8 and 3 more (vaulted relics).
  5. Receiver: Lith F3, Meso F5, Neo F2, Neo F3, Axi F2 and 1 more (vaulted relics; the rare slot in Lith F3, Meso F5).
  6. Run the fissure tier that matches each relic, refine the rare part’s relic to Radiant, and pick the best of the four results with a squad.
  7. Build the parts, then the weapon: 12 hours each, or rush with platinum.

Check the Relic finder for live odds per refinement; the set price on this page is what the built set trades for on warframe.market.

Builds

Given its balanced critical chance and status chance, a hybrid build is optimal for the Fulmin Prime. Focus on increasing both critical stats and status chance to maximize damage output and proc potential across both firing modes. The innate Electricity damage provides a strong foundation for elemental combinations.
