The short answer

Angels of the Zariman is the quest that opens the Zariman: seven stages that teach Void Cascade and Void Flood, then a defense of the Reliquary Drive against the Void Angel Kira. It starts by itself after The New War. Angels take three phases: burn the health bar in your Warframe, enter the Void bubble as the Operator, then finish the body. It pays the Holdfasts, the Dormizone and the Zariman missions that feed Incarnon adapters later.

Stage by stage

Find the Song's Source: Travel to the Zariman Ten Zero and investigate the source of the strange sonic transmission. Watch: The quest forces you out of Transference near the Reliquary Drive, leading to a cutscene.
Stop the Void Cascade: Cleanse four Exolizers of Void energy by destroying rifts with Operator Void damage and defeating Thrax Centurions. Watch: Thrax Centurions must be damaged in Warframe form, then finished in spectral form with Operator Void damage.
Talk to Quinn: Speak with Quinn in the Chrysalith.
Stop the Void Flood: Collect Vitoplast from enemies and the environment to seal three Void Ruptures. Watch: A gauge fills over time, buffing enemies or debuffing Tenno; sealing ruptures reduces the gauge.
Void Flood Debrief: Speak with Quinn in the Chrysalith.
Protect the Reliquary Drive: Defend two Exodampers by building Auto-Fabricating Armaments and defeat the Void Angel Kira. Watch: Void Angels require depleting their health bar, then entering a Void bubble in Operator form to attack their Ethereal form, and finally destroying their physical body.
Retrieve Quinn's tablet: Return to the Chrysalith and speak with Quinn.
