The short answer

Veilbreaker is a short quest played mostly as Kahl-175: disable the Medusa Hub on a Murex, free your brothers with Command Mode, fly a Hellion jetpack to the hangar, and report to the Drifter’s camp. It pays the Helminth Archon Shard Segment blueprint and opens Archon Hunts and Kahl’s Garrison, which is where Styanax, the Archon mods and the weekly shards live.

Stage by stage

Investigate the Murex: Locate and disable the Medusa Hub on the Murex. Watch: You must shoot 9 floating energy nodes in sequence within one minute to disable the hub.
Kahl's Escape: As Kahl-175, free trapped Grineer and escape the Murex. Watch: Use Command Mode to direct your units to objectives, enemies, positions, or to revive allies.
Murex Hangar: Reach the Murex's hangar for extraction. Watch: You will need to use a Hellion jetpack to fly and command units to hold dissipation fields.
Return to the Drifter Camp: Speak with Kahl at the Drifter's Camp.
Talk to Kahl: Conclude the conversation with Kahl.
