The short answer

Natah is the short Uranus quest that sets up The Second Dream, not the other way round. The Uranus Junction hands it over; you scan the Oculyst drones that started appearing on Uranus, follow them into a Sentient tomb, and the Lotus tells you what she is. Bring a scanner and an Archwing; the missions are Grineer Sealab and the last one goes underwater.

Stage by stage

Investigate the Oculysts: Run a Uranus mission until an Oculyst drone appears, then scan it with a Codex or Synthesis Scanner. Watch: They are cloaked and leave when spotted; scan fast.
Follow the trail: Track the drones through the Sealab and the Grineer research that woke them. Watch: Underwater Archwing sections; bring one built.
The Tomb: Enter the Sentient wreck and see what the Grineer dug up. Watch: First Sentient enemies: they adapt to the damage type you repeat, so switch weapons.
Seal it: Stop the Grineer excavation and get out before Hunhow finishes waking. Watch: Objective first; the Sentients keep coming.
The Orbiter: Listen to the Lotus. The next message you get is The Second Dream.
