Loki is a pure utility and stealth frame with no damage abilities of his own, so you turn invisible to walk past or melee anything, Switch Teleport into trouble to bail yourself or a teammate out with invulnerability, and Radial Disarm to strip guns from a whole room when things go loud. He's built for Spy vaults, high-level survival, and keeping a squad alive through crowd control rather than for dealing damage himself.
