Argon Crystal Farming in Warframe (2026): Fastest Void Runs and the Decay Rule
Pop every container on Ukko, and only farm what you build today

The short answer
Argon only drops in the Void and it halves every day at midnight UTC once it starts decaying, so farm it the day you build. Fastest route: a Void Capture or Exterminate (Ukko) with Xaku or Limbo popping every container on the tile, Resource Booster on, companion running Loyal Retriever. Long Void Survivals with Nekros or Khora are the slower, steadier option.

The decay rule
- Argon starts stable when you pick it up, then flips to decaying and halves every day at 00:00 UTC, rounded down.
- One crystal on its own vanishes in a day; a stack of eight lasts three.
- Queue the build first, then farm the exact number it asks for, then start it before reset.
The fast route
- Queue the item that needs Argon so you know the count.
- Load Ukko (Void Capture) on Xaku, Limbo or another wide-ability frame.
- Sprint the tile breaking every container: Argon Pegmatite containers drop the crystal.
- Capture the target and extract. Repeat until you have the count.
- Start the build before midnight UTC.

- Never stockpile it. Farm on build day.
Mistakes that waste runs
- Farming ten Argon on Friday for a build you start Monday.
- Running a Void Defense; the tiles have few containers and no extraction speed.
