Build it for a continuous dual-beam primary that never runs dry thanks to a 100-round magazine and a strong secondary explosive alt-fire. Crit chance (31%) and multiplier (2.5x) are solid for a beam weapon. Real weakness: 0.75 riven disposition and low per-tick damage mean it needs real investment to scale into Steel Path.
Held trigger fires two continuous Electricity beams that drain ammo per tick. Alt-fire launches a semi-auto cube projectile that explodes on impact, with a larger explosion radius if the cube is shot out of the air first.
Tenet Quanta is a Sister of Parvos drop, a primary rifle vanquished Sisters carry rather than something purchased from Ergo Glast.
Its case in 2026 rests on a 100-round magazine feeding a continuous dual-beam Electric attack, backed by a semi-auto explosive alt-fire for burst damage.
It sits below the top-tier Tenet primaries but stays relevant as a self-sufficient Electric-status weapon that rarely needs a reload.
How to get the Tenet Quanta
- Finish The War Within and Call of the Tempestarii, and reach Mastery Rank 5.
- Take a Zenith Granum Crown from a Treasurer on a level 31 or higher Corpus ship mission.
- Spend it at a Golden Hand tribute on a Corpus ship mission (level 10 or higher) and clear the Granum Void at Rank 1, the top rank. A Sister candidate spawns after you leave the Void.
- Read the weapon she shows. If it is not the Tenet Quanta, leave her alive and run again.
- Mercy-kill her with the Warframe whose progenitor element you want.
- Hunt her: murmurs on her nodes, Requiem mods on the Parazon, her Hound along the way, then vanquish her in the Railjack showdown on Neptune Proxima.
- The Tenet Quanta arrives with a 25 to 60 percent bonus of that element.
Sister weapons skip their Mastery Rank gate. Valence Fusion merges two copies up to 60 percent and lets you keep either element. Converted Sisters trade in a Clan Dojo. Rank 40 with five Forma.
Stats
| Class | Primary |
|---|---|
| Mastery Rank | 16 |
| Trigger | HELD |
| Noise | Alarming |
| Fire Rate | 10 |
| Accuracy | 100 |
| Magazine | 100 |
| Reload | 2 s |
| Multishot | 2 |
| Critical Chance | 31% |
| Critical Multiplier | 2.5x |
| Status Chance | 26% |
| Riven Disposition | (0.75) |
| Damage | 18 total |
|---|---|
| Electricity | 18 |
0.75 riven disposition is in the low 2-dot band, so riven rolls come in below average strength. Not a strong riven target unless the beam’s low 18-per-tick damage is the specific bottleneck being solved for.
Builds
Lean into the continuous beam’s high fire rate with crit and status mods together, since 31% crit and 26% status are both usable, and add Hunter Munitions to convert crits into guaranteed Slash procs for extra damage over time. The alt-fire’s explosive cube scales off flat damage and blast radius rather than crit, so treat it as a separate tool for grouped enemies instead of the main damage source.

Rifle
| Mod | Why it’s here |
|---|---|
| Serration | Flat rifle damage, the baseline mod for any primary rifle build. |
| Split Chamber | Multishot, doubling both beams and the alt-fire’s hit chance. |
| Point Strike | Critical chance, pushing the already-usable 31% base higher for more consistent crits. |
| Vital Sense | Critical damage, making those crits actually hit hard on a low per-tick weapon. |
| Hunter Munitions | Converts critical hits into guaranteed Slash procs, adding real damage over time to the beam’s low base hits. |
| Galvanized Chamber | Adds multishot, and every kill stacks more multishot for a while. |
| Primed Cryo Rounds | Adds Cold damage and slow, opening a Viral option alongside the innate Electric. |
| Primed Shred | Fire rate and punch through, letting the beam hit through multiple enemies in a line. |
Primary Merciless is the top pick since the beam and alt-fire both rack up kills quickly, stacking a large damage bonus. Primary Crux is the cheaper, more forgiving alternative, trading raw damage for ammo efficiency so the 100-round magazine lasts even longer.

Pros and Cons
Pros
- 100-round magazine and continuous beam mean almost no reload downtime
- Usable crit and status stats for a beam weapon (31%/26%)
- Alt-fire adds a genuine AoE explosive option separate from the beam
- Sister drop means the progenitor element is player-chosen
Cons
- Low 18-per-tick damage per beam needs real mod investment to scale
- 0.75 riven disposition, rivens roll weaker than most primaries
- Sits behind other Tenet primaries like Tenet Arca Plasmor in raw output
- Full Sister of Parvos hunt required, no shortcut purchase available
Solid pick for players who want a self-sufficient Electric beam rifle that rarely reloads and don’t mind the Sister hunt to get it. Skip it if raw burst damage matters more than sustain, since other Tenet primaries hit harder per shot.
