Three Apothics, nine plants, three Specter fights at the shrine, and Titania

The short answer
The Silver Grove is the Titania quest, and it is a scanning quest: three Apothics, each built from three plants you scan with a Synthesis Scanner, each anointing the shrine on E Prime and summoning a Specter. Nightfall pays the Systems, Twilight the Chassis, Sunrise the Neuroptics; the main blueprint comes by inbox. Bring an Oxylus with Botanist or a Cross-Matrix widget, or it takes twice as long.

Stage by stage
- Nightfall Apothic: Craft the Nightfall Apothic. Watch: Requires scanning specific plants: Dusklight Sarracenia (Ceres Grineer Shipyard), Moonlight Dragonlily (Earth Grineer Forest, night), Sunlight Threshcone (Earth Grineer Forest, day).
- Anoint the Altar (Nightfall): Go to E Prime on Earth, find the shrine, and anoint the altar with the Nightfall Apothic. Watch: Only one player needs to consume their Apothic in a squad; a Loki Knave Specter will attack after anointing.
- Twilight Apothic: Craft the Twilight Apothic. Watch: Requires scanning specific plants: Moonlight Jadeleaf (Earth Grineer Forest, night), Ruk's Claw (Mars Grineer Settlement), Lunar Pitcher (Lua Orokin Moon).
- Anoint the Altar (Twilight): Return to E Prime on Earth, find the shrine, and anoint the altar with the Twilight Apothic. Watch: A Saryn Orphid Specter will attack after anointing.
- Sunrise Apothic: Craft the Sunrise Apothic. Watch: Requires scanning specific plants: Sunlight Jadeleaf (Earth Grineer Forest, day), Frostleaf (Venus/Neptune/Pluto Corpus Outpost, may require mission restarts), Vestan Moss (Mercury/Phobos/Saturn/Uranus/Sedna Grineer Asteroid).
- Anoint the Altar (Sunrise): Return to E Prime on Earth, find the shrine, and anoint the altar with the Sunrise Apothic. Watch: An Oberon Feyarch Specter will attack after anointing.
- Defend the Shrine: Defend the Shrine for 2 minutes against Grineer forces. Watch: The voice of the Grove asks you to flee, but Amaryn tells you to stay and defend.

Tips that save runs
- Plants by Apothic: Nightfall wants Dusklight Sarracenia (Ceres), Moonlight Dragonlily and Sunlight Threshcone (Earth night and day). Twilight: Moonlight Jadeleaf, Ruk's Claw (Mars), Lunar Pitcher (Lua). Sunrise: Sunlight Jadeleaf, Frostleaf (Corpus outpost), Vestan Moss (Grineer asteroid).
- Frostleaf is the one that makes people restart missions; it is rare on the Corpus Outpost tileset.
- Scan far more than three of each; the Apothic recipe eats plants.
Mistakes that waste runs
- Scanning with a Codex Scanner; plants need the Synthesis Scanner.
- Going to E Prime in daylight for a Moonlight plant.
