The short answer

The Duviri Paradox is the Drifter’s own tutorial: twelve stages that teach Kaithe riding, Drifter Intrinsics, Decrees, the Undercroft and finally the Orowyrm. It needs the Uranus Junction and nothing else, gives you the gear it wants you to use, and pays Sun & Moon and its stance. Finish it and the Circuit opens: the weekly frame and Incarnon rotation most players are here for.

Stage by stage

The Spiral: wake up: Escape the loop as the Drifter and learn the movement. Watch: Drifter melee and dodge work differently from a Warframe; take the tutorial prompts seriously.
The Spiral: the Kaithe: Follow the hand, find a Kaithe, meet Bombastine.
The Spiral: the ruins: Guide the mirrored Drifter through the ruins and collect Drifter Intrinsics.
The Spiral: Teshin: Find Teshin in the cave, name the Rablit, take Sun & Moon. Watch: The name is flavour.
The Spiral: the Dax: Unlock Summon Kaithe with Intrinsics and beat the Dax patrol. Watch: This is the combat tutorial; parry, then punish.
The Spiral: loadout: Back in the cave, pick a Warframe and weapons for the Undercroft. Watch: Temporary gear for this quest only.
The Undercroft: Exterminate the Corrupted below as your Warframe.
The Prince of Fire: Complete objectives in Duviri to recover a figurine part and understand anger. Watch: Decrees provide temporary buffs for the duration on Duviri.
The Harbinger of Joy: Complete objectives in Duviri to recover another figurine part and understand happiness. Watch: Hacking in Duviri uses a unique spiral ring mechanic.
The Covetous Courtier: Complete objectives in Duviri to recover the next figurine part and understand envy. Watch: The 'Teshin' encountered is an impostor.
Shades of the Undercroft: Fight through waves of Liminus in the colorless Undercroft and defeat the impostor.
The Execution: Battle to Thrax's stronghold, possess the Orowyrm, and defeat Thrax's reinforcements. Watch: The Drifter gains control of the Orowyrm for combat.

Tips that save runs

Take every Decree offered; they are free and stack for the whole Spiral.
The Teshin in the Covetous Courtier chapter is an impostor; the fight is scripted.
When the Orowyrm lands, ride it: the Drifter possesses it and the fight is on its back.

Mistakes that waste runs

Spending Intrinsics randomly; Summon Kaithe first, then the combat tree.
Trying to play Duviri like a Warframe; parry timing matters here.
