Okina Prime needs 3 relics: Lith C12 for the Blade (Common slot), Lith O4 for the Blueprint (Rare slot), Lith Z4 for the Handle (Uncommon slot). Any of them still opens in a fissure of its era if you own one, the parts trade on warframe.market, and Prime Resurgence brings vaulted relics back for Aya.

- Check Prime Resurgence: when Varzia lists this set, the relics cost Aya and the whole set costs Regal Aya.
- Search your relic inventory (Esc, Void Relic Refinement) for the relics above; old relics still open in any fissure of their era.
