Build it. Okina Prime offers a strong foundation for a melee weapon, especially with its Incarnon Genesis. Its main weakness is a low critical chance without Incarnon.
Grants a 5% Movement Speed bonus when held (i.e. melee mode or quick melee). It takes an Incarnon Genesis adapter from the Steel Path Circuit, which is where most of its 2026 power comes from.
The Okina Prime is the Primed version of the Okina dual sai, offering a direct upgrade to its base counterpart. It was released alongside Protea Prime and Velox Prime.
This weapon primarily deals Slash damage, making it effective against most enemy types. It features an innate Vazarin polarity in its stance slot and two Madurai polarities.
Players can further enhance the Okina Prime with an Incarnon Genesis, obtainable from The Circuit’s Steel Path after completing The Duviri Paradox and Angels of the Zariman, and unlocking The Steel Path.
How to get the Okina Prime
- The Okina Prime is vaulted: its relics no longer drop in missions. Open relics you already own, buy them for Aya when Prime Resurgence lists it, or buy the parts for platinum.
- Blade: Lith C12, Lith L5, Lith L7, Meso T7, Axi B8 and 2 more (vaulted relics).
- Blueprint: Lith O4, Neo O2, Neo O3, Axi O6 (vaulted relics; the rare slot in Lith O4, Neo O2).
- Handle: Lith Z4, Meso A8, Meso G7, Meso L3, Meso Y1 and 2 more (vaulted relics).
- Run the fissure tier that matches each relic, refine the rare part’s relic to Radiant, and pick the best of the four results with a squad.
- Build the parts, then the weapon: 12 hours each, or rush with platinum.
Check the Relic finder for live odds per refinement; the set price on this page is what the built set trades for on warframe.market.

Builds
Given its high status chance and primary Slash damage, a hybrid build focusing on both critical hits (especially with Incarnon) and status effects is ideal. Without Incarnon, a pure status build is more effective.
