Boltor Prime needs 4 relics: Lith E1 for the Barrel (Common slot), Lith B4 for the Blueprint (Rare slot), Lith B1 for the Receiver (Uncommon slot), Axi R1 for the Stock (Common slot). None of them are in the drop tables right now, so the set is vaulted: open relics you already own, watch Prime Resurgence for Varzia’s Aya offer, or buy the parts for platinum.

None of these relics are in a mission drop table right now: Lith E1, Meso M1, Meso N6, Lith B4, Meso B10, Neo B3, Lith B1, Neo G6, Neo R1, Axi R1, Axi R4, Axi S3. Any of them still opens in a fissure of its era if you own one, the parts trade on warframe.market, and Prime Resurgence brings vaulted relics back for Aya.
How to get a vaulted set
- Check Prime Resurgence: when Varzia lists this set, the relics cost Aya and the whole set costs Regal Aya.
- Search your relic inventory (Esc, Void Relic Refinement) for the relics above; old relics still open in any fissure of their era.
- Trade: the built parts sell on warframe.market, and the price check shows what a full set goes for.
- Build once you have everything: 12 hours for the item once you hold the blueprint and every part.
