Build it if a Sister drops one in your favor; the status output and Combustion Beam access make it a cheap, reliable Steel Path status rifle. The low 1.8x crit multiplier kills any crit-build ambitions, and it is locked behind hunting Sisters of Parvos rather than a simple purchase.
It is the one automatic hitscan rifle that can still slot Combustion Beam, the beam-weapon mod that makes every enemy it kills explode for 600 damage a moment later.
Tenet Flux Rifle is the Sister of Parvos remake of the Corpus Flux Rifle. It swaps the original’s recharging energy battery for a clip-fed magazine, and trades the beam’s continuous fire for automatic hitscan shots.
It stays relevant in 2026 for two reasons: a genuinely high 26 percent base status chance with strong slash damage, and the unique ability to slot Combustion Beam despite not being a continuous weapon.
It is not tradeable on its own, only the converted Sister carrying it, so most players farm their own copy through the standard Sisters of Parvos loop.
How to get the Tenet Flux Rifle
- Finish The War Within and Call of the Tempestarii, and reach Mastery Rank 5.
- Take a Zenith Granum Crown from a Treasurer on a level 31 or higher Corpus ship mission.
- Spend it at a Golden Hand tribute on a Corpus ship mission (level 10 or higher) and clear the Granum Void at Rank 1, the top rank. A Sister candidate spawns after you leave the Void.
- Read the weapon she shows. If it is not the Tenet Flux Rifle, leave her alive and run again.
- Mercy-kill her with the Warframe whose progenitor element you want.
- Hunt her: murmurs on her nodes, Requiem mods on the Parazon, her Hound along the way, then vanquish her in the Railjack showdown on Neptune Proxima.
- The Tenet Flux Rifle arrives with a 25 to 60 percent bonus of that element.
Sister weapons skip their Mastery Rank gate. Valence Fusion merges two copies up to 60 percent and lets you keep either element. Converted Sisters trade in a Clan Dojo. Rank 40 with five Forma.
Stats
| Class | Primary |
|---|---|
| Mastery Rank | 16 |
| Trigger | AUTO |
| Noise | Alarming |
| Fire Rate | 15 |
| Accuracy | 200 |
| Magazine | 120 |
| Reload | 1.8 s |
| Critical Chance | 20% |
| Critical Multiplier | 1.8x |
| Status Chance | 26% |
| Riven Disposition | (1.2) |
| Damage | 22 total |
|---|---|
| Puncture | 4.8 |
| Slash | 17.2 |
Riven disposition sits at 1.2x, middling. Its own crit multiplier is weak enough that a riven rolled for crit chance and damage is worth using, but it is not a must-chase riven.
Builds
The standard 2026 build leans on its 26 percent status chance rather than its crit stats, running multishot and an elemental combo for Viral or a straight Heat lean, with Hunter Munitions turning its slash procs into extra true damage. Flux Overdrive is worth the flex slot for players who want to push status chance even higher.

Rifle

Rifle

Rifle
| Mod | Why it’s here |
|---|---|
| Serration | Flat base damage increase, the foundation of any rifle build. |
| Split Chamber | Adds multishot, more pellets per trigger pull means more status procs. |
| Point Strike | Raises critical chance, needed since the base 20 percent is unreliable alone. |
| Vital Sense | Raises critical damage to make the occasional crit actually hit hard. |
| Hunter Munitions | Critical hits have a chance to add a Slash proc, bleed damage that ignores armor. |
| Primed Cryo Rounds | Adds Cold damage, the other half of a Viral combo against tanky targets. |
| Galvanized Chamber | Adds multishot, and every kill stacks more multishot for a while. |
| Primed Shred | Adds fire rate and punch through so shots pass through the first body. |
Primary Deadhead is the top pick, granting 120 percent damage for 24 seconds on headshot kills up to three stacks, plus a headshot multiplier bonus that suits this rifle’s accurate hitscan fire. Primary Merciless is a cheaper stand-in, stacking flat bonus damage on any kill instead of requiring headshots.

Pros and Cons
