The short answer
Khora: Market for Platinum, or Circuit tier 10. Run normal Sanctuary Onslaught to zone 8 repeatedly, or take Khora in the Circuit. Khora Prime: Khora Prime is vaulted; Prime Resurgence or trading only.

- Main blueprint: Market for Platinum, or Circuit tier 10
- Neuroptics: Sanctuary Onslaught (normal, not Elite), best on rotation C
- Chassis: Sanctuary Onslaught (normal), best on rotation C
- Systems: Sanctuary Onslaught (normal), best on rotation C
- Build the parts in the Foundry (12 hours each), then the frame (72 hours), or rush with platinum. The finished frame is also on the Market for platinum.
