Vanquish a Sister for her Hound, or build one at Legs; the three models

The short answer
Vanquish a Sister of Parvos and you keep her Hound. Converting her gives no Hound. A vanquished Sister also drops a random Hound part, and Legs in Fortuna assembles parts into a custom Hound. The model sets the weapon and main precept: Bhaira for an Eximus aura, Dorma to disarm, Hec to knock enemies down.

Two ways to get one
- Hunt a Sister of Parvos and choose Vanquish, not Convert. Her Hound and a random Hound part appear as rewards.
- Claim the finished Hound in the Foundry. It comes with its melee weapon, so it takes two companion slots.
- To build your own, finish Vox Solaris and collect Hound part blueprints from vanquished Sisters. They are tradeable.
- Craft the parts in the Foundry: a Model, a Core, a Bracket and a Stabilizer.
- Visit Legs in Fortuna and pick Configure a Hound Companion. Choose the four parts.
- Rank the Hound to 30, then gild it at Legs for 10 Training Debt-Bonds and 5,000 Standing. You need Solaris United rank Doer.

Tips that save runs
- Each Sister carries one of the three models at random, so you cannot choose the Hound she brings.
- Providing a Hound to Legs to be assembled costs 4,000 Solaris United Standing.
- Precepts from Cores and Brackets mix and match between Hounds.
Mistakes that waste runs
- Converting a Sister and expecting her Hound.
- Judging a Hound by its model alone. The Core, Bracket and Stabilizer each add a precept.
