The item needs a blueprint and one component, 2 relic drops in total. The Rare slot is the bottleneck: farm that relic first.
Where each relic drops
None of these relics are in a mission drop table right now: Neo O1, Axi A2. Any of them still opens in a fissure of its era if you own one, the parts trade on warframe.market, and Prime Resurgence brings vaulted relics back for Aya.
How to get a vaulted set
- Check Prime Resurgence: when Varzia lists this set, the relics cost Aya and the whole set costs Regal Aya.
- Search your relic inventory (Esc, Void Relic Refinement) for the relics above; old relics still open in any fissure of their era.
- Trade: the built parts sell on warframe.market, and the price check shows what a full set goes for.
- Build once you have everything: 12 hours for the item once you hold the blueprint and every part.
