Zylok Prime

Build and guide

Build it. The Zylok Prime offers a unique duplex trigger and high status chance, making it effective for primer builds. Its low critical stats are a significant weakness.

Unique trait: Duplex-Fire

First shot on button press, the second on button release. It takes an Incarnon Genesis adapter from the Steel Path Circuit, which is where most of its 2026 power comes from.

The Zylok Prime is the primed variant of the Zylok pistol, boasting improved base stats across the board, including damage, critical chance, critical multiplier, status chance, and magazine size. It was introduced alongside Grendel Prime and Masseter Prime.

This secondary weapon features a distinctive duplex-fire trigger mechanism. This allows for two rapid shots per trigger pull, with the first firing on button press and the second on button release. This mechanic can be leveraged for burst damage or controlled single shots.

Primarily dealing Slash damage, the Zylok Prime also has access to the Zylok-exclusive mod, Eximus Advantage. Its accuracy is noted as a positive characteristic.

How to get the Zylok Prime

  1. The Zylok Prime is vaulted: its relics no longer drop in missions. Open relics you already own, buy them for Aya when Prime Resurgence lists it, or buy the parts for platinum.
  2. Barrel: Lith A11, Lith G12, Lith Q1, Lith R5, Meso P15 and 4 more (vaulted relics).
  3. Receiver: Lith L5, Lith R4, Lith Y1, Meso G6, Axi G14 and 2 more (vaulted relics).
  4. Blueprint: Lith Z4, Meso Z6, Neo Z10, Neo Z11, Axi Z2 (vaulted relics; the rare slot in Lith Z4, Meso Z6).
  5. Run the fissure tier that matches each relic, refine the rare part’s relic to Radiant, and pick the best of the four results with a squad.
  6. Build the parts, then the weapon: 12 hours each, or rush with platinum.

Check the Relic finder for live odds per refinement; the set price on this page is what the built set trades for on warframe.market.

Builds

Given its high status chance of 36% and low critical chance of 12%, the Zylok Prime is best suited for a status-focused build. Prioritize elemental damage and status chance mods to maximize proc generation. The innate Slash damage further enhances its effectiveness against armored targets.
