Sicarus Prime

Build and guide

Build it. The Sicarus Prime offers a high fire rate and accuracy, making it a strong burst-fire secondary. Its main weakness is the burst-fire mechanic, which can punish missed shots.

Unique trait: Incarnon Genesis

The Sicarus adapter from the Steel Path Circuit fits Sicarus Prime: headshots charge a form that fires a heavier burst, which is where most of its 2026 value sits. It takes an Incarnon Genesis adapter from the Steel Path Circuit, which is where most of its 2026 power comes from.

The Sicarus Prime is the Primed variant of the Sicarus burst-fire pistol. It significantly improves upon its base version with higher accuracy, fire rate, critical chance, status chance, and a larger magazine.

This weapon excels in accuracy and has very little recoil for a burst weapon, making it effective at longer ranges. Its damage profile is primarily Impact, but it triples Puncture and Slash damage compared to the base Sicarus.

The Sicarus Prime was released alongside Ember Prime and Glaive Prime. It has received several buffs over its lifespan, increasing its damage, critical chance, critical multiplier, and magazine size.

How to get the Sicarus Prime

  1. The Sicarus Prime is vaulted: its relics no longer drop in missions. Open relics you already own, buy them for Aya when Prime Resurgence lists it, or buy the parts for platinum.
  2. Blueprint: Meso B10, Neo F1, Axi E1 (vaulted relics).
  3. Receiver: Meso S14, Neo S5, Axi S2 (vaulted relics; the rare slot in Meso S14, Neo S5).
  4. Barrel: Meso F2, Neo F1, Neo G6 (vaulted relics).
  5. Run the fissure tier that matches each relic, refine the rare part’s relic to Radiant, and pick the best of the four results with a squad.
  6. Build the parts, then the weapon: 12 hours each, or rush with platinum.

Check the Relic finder for live odds per refinement; the set price on this page is what the built set trades for on warframe.market.
