The Glast Gambit Quest Walkthrough (2026): Every Index Match, the Credit Wagers and the Nidus Blueprint

Mycona colony, five Index matches against Nef Anyo, one Spy, and Nidus

Last Updated on September 12, 2026

The short answer

The Glast Gambit is the Index quest that pays the Nidus blueprint. Secure the Mycona colony on Phobos, then play Nef Anyo at the Index: matches with wagers around 100,000 to 160,000 Credits each, one scripted loss, a Spy on Pluto to find his cheat, and a final free match. Have roughly half a million credits before you start and keep a twenty point margin on the fourth match.

  • Warframe capable of surviving Index missions
  • Weapons suitable for high-level Corpus enemies
  • Credits for Index wagers (up to 180,000 per match)

Stage by stage

  1. Help Secure Mycona Colony: Monolith, Phobos: Close three gates by destroying tumors and defending colonists, then clear Infested from a room. Watch: Hunters closing gates must survive; if they die, another must take their place, and all 6 Hunters dying fails the mission.
  2. Challenge Nef Anyo on the Index: Neptune: Win three rounds of The Index against Nef Anyo. Watch: Players must wager 100,000 credits to enter; losing means losing the wager.
  3. Challenge Nef Anyo on the Index: Neptune: Win three rounds of The Index against Nef Anyo to free more prisoners. Watch: Players must wager 120,000 credits.
  4. Challenge Nef Anyo on the Index: Neptune: Win three rounds of The Index against Nef Anyo, then win another round while maintaining a 20-point victory margin. Watch: Players must wager 140,000 credits for the first match; for the fourth match, exceeding the 20-point margin fails the mission and loses the 160,000 credit wager.
  5. Challenge Nef Anyo on the Index: Neptune: Play one round of The Index against Nef Anyo, but expect to lose. Watch: Players will inexplicably die when attempting to deposit Index points, making victory impossible.
  6. Find the source of Nef Anyo's cheats: Oceanum, Pluto: Complete a Spy mission by successfully hacking at least two data vaults.
  7. Win Back Neewa: Neptune: Win one final Index match against Nef Anyo. Watch: Players do not wager their own credits but can earn 200,000 credits upon winning.

Tips that save runs

  • Fourth match: win by exactly under twenty points or the mission fails and the wager is gone.
  • The fifth match is a scripted loss; deposit nothing and let it end.
  • Bring an Index frame: Rhino, Nezha or anything with a lot of health, and bank points often.

Mistakes that waste runs

  • Starting with 100,000 Credits.
  • Winning the fourth match by too much.

What it unlocks

  • Nidus
