How to Beat Lephantis in Warframe (2026): Three Heads, Two Phases and Nekros Parts

The short answer
Lephantis only takes damage while a head is attacking, so the fight is shooting each open mouth or neck in turn. Phase 1 gives you the three heads one at a time, and phase 2 drops you into a pit where all three attack together. Bring Corrosive and a fast weapon, because damage attenuation caps big single hits. He drops Nekros parts.

The fight, step by step
- Load Corrosive damage and a weapon with fast fire or multishot. Damage attenuation ignores multishot, crits and headshot bonuses, so those are your friends.
- Phase 1: the heads rise one at a time. The Infested Corpus head spits poison grenades that ignore shields and leave toxin clouds, so keep moving and shoot its mouth when it opens.
- The Infested Grineer head swings a scythe. Dodge the sweep, then hit the open mouth.
- The Ancient Infested head fires spore bombs from its neck. Shoot the neck as it opens.
- When the heads are down, the floor collapses and you fall into the lower arena. Phase 2 has all three heads on you at once.
- Kill one head at a time rather than spreading fire. The Corpus and Ancient heads are easier targets than the scythe head in the cramped pit.
- Kill the last head and head to extraction for the Nekros part.

Tips that save runs
- Only shoot a head when its mouth or neck is open. Shots at the closed head are wasted damage.
- Keep moving in phase 2. All three heads are attacking at once.
- Bring a frame that can handle crowds. The heads spawn Infested adds you will want cleared.
Mistakes that waste runs
- Standing inside the poison clouds from the Corpus head. They ignore shields.
- Relying on one huge hit per shot. Attenuation caps it.
