The short answer
Nautilus has no shop and no Market blueprint. Its blueprint, Carapace, Cerebrum and Systems drop from Points of Interest caches and Arva Vector Defense in the Neptune Proxima Railjack missions. It comes with Auto Omni, which repairs Railjack hull breaches and fires, and Cordon, which pulls enemies into clusters. It is a Railjack support Sentinel first.

How to farm it
- Get a Railjack and finish the Saturn Proxima missions. Neptune Proxima needs Intrinsics rank 3 in any category.
- Launch a Neptune Proxima mission.
- Reach the Points of Interest and hack the cache consoles. Each part has about a 6 percent chance per cache.
- Or run Arva Vector Defense and collect the rotation B and C rewards.
- Collect all four parts, then craft the Nautilus in the Foundry with 5 Nullstones.
- Slot it in your companion loadout. It needs two open slots, one for Nautilus and one for Verglas.
Tips that save runs
- Every cache has the same chance, so run the nearest ones.
- Cordon is not Railjack only. It also bunches enemies on the ground.
Mistakes that waste runs
- Looking for a Market blueprint. There is none.
- Expecting Auto Omni to do anything on the ground. It only repairs Railjack damage.
