- Neuroptics: Hidden Messages quest, or Cephalon Simaris (25,000 standing), or Circuit tier 2
- Chassis: Hidden Messages quest, or Cephalon Simaris (25,000 standing), or Circuit tier 5
- Systems: Hidden Messages quest, or Cephalon Simaris (25,000 standing), or Circuit tier 8
- Build the parts in the Foundry (12 hours each), then the frame (72 hours), or rush with platinum. The finished frame is also on the Market for platinum.
