- Chassis: Pluto Proxima Defense or Survival rotation A (Railjack, about 13%), or Circuit tier 5
- Systems: Venus Proxima Defense or Survival rotation A (Railjack, about 13%), or Circuit tier 8
- Build the parts in the Foundry (12 hours each), then the frame (72 hours), or rush with platinum. The finished frame is also on the Market for platinum.
