The short answer
Finish Vox Solaris, then buy part blueprints from Legs in Fortuna with Solaris United Standing and build them in the Foundry. The Model is the part that matters: it sets the precepts and is the only part that counts for Mastery. Core, Gyro and Bracket tune stats and polarities. Gild it at Doer rank.

Build order
- Finish the Vox Solaris quest so Legs in Fortuna sells you MOA parts.
- Pick a Model first. It fixes your two precepts.
- Buy a Core, a Gyro and a Bracket blueprint from Legs. Each has a Solaris United rank requirement.
- Craft all four parts in the Foundry. Each takes 24 hours.
- Return to Legs and assemble the MOA from the four parts.
- Rank it to 30, then choose Gild under Other Services at Legs for 10 Training Debt-Bonds and 5,000 Standing. You need rank Doer.

Tips that save runs
- Gilding resets the MOA to Rank 0. It then earns Mastery as it ranks up again.
- Brackets Gauth and Hona add a Naramon polarity, Jonsin adds Madurai, Tian adds Vazarin. Pick by the slot you need.
- Legs also assembles Hounds, but Hound parts come from Sisters of Parvos, not from him.
Mistakes that waste runs
- Buying Core, Gyro and Bracket first. The Model decides the build, so choose it first.
- Planning to gild before Doer rank. Legs needs Doer or higher.
