Garuda runs on a blood-magic loop: Bloodletting drains her own health into energy, Blood Altar bleeds enemies to heal it back, and that cycle fuels Seeking Talons' AoE slash procs and Dread Mirror's burst shield/damage. She's a glass-cannon CC and slash-damage frame built for constant aggressive ability spam, not turtling, and she scales into Steel Path through self-sustain rather than raw armor.
