The short answer

Chimera Prologue is the twenty minute chapter after The Sacrifice that hands you the Paracesis, the Sentient-slaying heavy blade you will want for The New War. Touch the Lotus helmet in your quarters, follow the Man in the Wall through the Reservoir, cross the Sentient chamber without being seen by Ballas, and build the sword. It is chapter one of Prelude to War and it unlocks the Ropalolyst on Jupiter.

The Orbiter: Personal Quarters: Approach the Lotus' headgear in the Personal Quarters.
Lua: The Reservoir: Follow The Man in The Wall through the Reservoir and into the Chamber of the Lotus. Watch: Fight shadow-like reflections of the Lotus when trapped by barriers.
The Sentient Chamber: Navigate the Sentient chamber using Void Sling and avoid Ballas' sight. Watch: If Ballas catches sight of the player, the mission will fail.
Epilogue: Return to the Orbiter.
