Nekros is the first pick because Desecrate turns corpses into personal life support pods, and life support is what ends every Survival. How the mission works

Conjunction Survival is Survival on Lua: Yuvarium (level 25 to 30) and Circulus (level 80 to 100), plus Steel Path versions. The War Within unlocks it.
Life support drains 1 percent every 1.5 seconds. The Lotus drops capsules every 90 seconds, each worth 30 percent, up to eight on the map. Enemies drop smaller personal modules.
At each five-minute reward mark, Thrax Centurions and Legati spawn, and life support drains 50 percent faster while they are around.
On Circulus and Steel Path, Thrax turn spectral after you break the physical body. Only the Operator's Void Beam finishes them.
Every rotation guarantees Lua Thrax Plasm: 3 on Yuvarium, 5 on Circulus. Spend it on Voruna, Perigale and Sarofang parts.

Tips that save runs

Fight near life support capsules. The Lone Guardian wanders between them, and its aura gives +100 percent Ability Strength and +50 percent Casting Speed.
Top up life support before each five-minute mark. Thrax raise the drain by 50 percent for as long as they live.
Bring the Operator in. A spectral Thrax only dies to the Void Beam.
Rotations run A, A, B, C at every five minutes. Plasm is guaranteed on each, so leave right after a C rotation.
Capsules are worth 30 percent each and reset every 90 seconds. Collect them rather than farming modules from kills.

Mistakes that waste runs

Running past life support capsules and burning kills on small modules instead.
Ignoring the Operator, so spectral Thrax stay up and keep draining life support.
Fighting Thrax in the open with no armor strip or Overguard breaker.
