The short answer
A Man of Few Words is Darvo’s Clem quest: rescue Clem from a Grineer prison on Uranus, recover his Twin Grakatas, and survive a Survival while Darvo’s agent steals a relic. Each mission brings one of the Grustrag Three. It pays the Clem Clone blueprint, an Exilus Adapter when you visit Darvo after, and the weekly Help Clem alert that farms Clem clones.

Stage by stage
- Rescue the contractor: Stephano, Uranus: Rescue Darvo's contractor, Clem, from a Grineer prison on Uranus. Watch: The termination timer starts immediately, and Leekter of The Grustrag Three will appear.
- Retrieve Clem's Grakatas: Caliban, Uranus: Retrieve Clem's custom Twin Grakatas and defeat Vem Tabook of The Grustrag Three. Watch: Clem accompanies you and is initially weak without his weapons; you must pick up his Grakatas for him.
- Help Darvo get the relic: Puck, Uranus: Distract Grineer in a Survival mission while Darvo's agent retrieves an artifact, then defeat Shik Tal. Watch: Shik Tal of The Grustrag Three will attack around 3 and a half minutes into the mission.
