War Prime

Build and guide

Build it. War Prime (Update 43, June 2026) is the Prime of Hunhow’s War: 26 percent crit at a 3.2x multiplier with 32 percent status is the strongest stat line on any heavy blade. It is not a relic weapon: Hunhow sells the blueprint at Pontis Tower for Talent from Uranus Proxima, and it cannot be traded.

Unique trait: None

War Prime is the Prime variant of the War greatsword, introduced in Update 43.0. This weapon is a formidable melee option, boasting high base critical chance and status chance.

Its design reflects its destructive potential, described as the blade of a world-destroyer. The weapon’s stats allow for diverse build strategies, catering to both critical and status-focused playstyles.

Mastery Rank 15 is required to wield War Prime, indicating its position as an endgame-oriented weapon.

How to get the War Prime

  1. Finish Jade Shadows: Constellations to open Uranus Proxima and Pontis Tower.
  2. Run The Kuva Wytch and Scoria’s Angel in Uranus Proxima for Crimson Talent and Emerald Talent.
  3. Buy the Hunhow’s Trinket blueprint from Hunhow at Pontis Tower for 12 Crimson Talent and 12 Emerald Talent.
  4. Craft it: 15,000 Credits, 5 Nitain Extract, 1 Orokin Cell, 1 Argon Crystal, 12 hours. One copy per account, untradeable.

Not a relic weapon and not vaulted. The Argon Crystal decays, so buy the blueprint before you farm it.
