Build it. Tigris Prime is a powerful shotgun, excelling at single-target damage with its high burst potential. Its extremely low magazine size and frequent reloading are its main drawbacks.
Fires one shot on button press and a second shot on button release.
The Tigris Prime is the Primed variant of the Tigris shotgun, boasting significantly higher damage and pellet count. It was released alongside Nekros Prime and Galatine Prime.
This weapon deals primarily Slash damage and has an innate multishot of 8 pellets. Its unique Duplex trigger allows for two rapid shots against tough targets or careful shot management against weaker opponents.
The Tigris Prime has innate Madurai and Naramon polarities, providing flexibility for modding. It also has access to the Tigris-exclusive Combat Reload mod.
How to get the Tigris Prime
- The Tigris Prime is vaulted: its relics no longer drop in missions. Open relics you already own, buy them for Aya when Prime Resurgence lists it, or buy the parts for platinum.
- Barrel: Lith K1, Lith V3, Lith V4, Meso N16, Neo B4 and 2 more (vaulted relics).
- Receiver: Lith S9, Meso K1, Meso N5, Meso S13, Meso S6 and 4 more (vaulted relics).
- Blueprint: Lith T1, Lith T3, Neo T1, Axi T1, Axi T11 (vaulted relics; the rare slot in Lith T1, Lith T3).
- Stock: Lith B2, Lith K11, Meso S1, Neo B2, Neo N11 and 1 more (vaulted relics).
- Run the fissure tier that matches each relic, refine the rare part’s relic to Radiant, and pick the best of the four results with a squad.
- Build the parts, then the weapon: 12 hours each, or rush with platinum.

Builds
Given its low critical chance and high status chance per pellet, a status-focused build is optimal for the Tigris Prime. Prioritize mods that increase status chance, multishot, and raw damage. The innate Slash damage is highly effective for proc-based damage.
