The Warframe launcher downloads from a content network that is slow for everyone in the first hours after a big patch and fast the rest of the time. If it is slow on a normal day, two launcher toggles fix it: Bulk Download (fewer, larger files) and Aggressive Download (more connections). After that, DNS and the proxy check.
