Atlas: The Jordas Precept quest reward, or Cephalon Simaris for 50,000 standing, or Circuit tier 10. Finish The Jordas Precept, then repeat the Golem with a strong Arch-gun; Systems is the slow part. Atlas Prime: Atlas Prime is vaulted; Prime Resurgence or trading only.
