Test your luck with the dice-maiden. Koumei weaves fate to unleash damage and ensure her survival. To the virtuous, she is an oracle. To the wicked, a perilous game of chance.

Koumei rolls dice on every proc and hit, spamming Kumihimo and Bunraku to blanket enemies in randomized status effects while farming Omikuji Decrees that snowball her power the longer a mission runs. She's built as a status-effect support tank for Steel Path endurance, not a burst nuker: you play the long game and let stacked debuffs and Decrees do the killing.
