Cephalon Simaris Standing Guide (2026): Daily Synthesis, Scans and Rewards
No ranks: daily synthesis, stealth scans, and the best Simaris buys
Last Updated on September 30, 2026
The short answer
Cephalon Simaris has no ranks, so every ware is open once you can hold the standing. You can hold up to 125,000. Earn it by scanning enemies with the Synthesis Scanner, and finish the daily synthesis task last: its reward does not count against the daily cap.
Reviewed September 30, 2026, current through Update 44 (Iceblade of Narin). Every number on this page has two sources; this page is re-checked after every major patch.
| Source | Standing | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Scanning enemies and objects | Scales with enemy level | A stealth scan pays a bonus. Counts toward the daily cap. |
| Daily Synthesis Task | 2,500 per target scanned | Scan a marked target 2 to 4 times, then turn it in. Outside the cap. |
| Synthesis Targets in missions | Large, scales with level | Scan 3 to 4 body points. The whole squad is paid. |
| Helios Investigator scans | None | They use scanners but give no Simaris standing. |
| Standing you can hold | 125,000 maximum | No ranks. Only the daily cap limits you. |

The daily Simaris routine
- Finish The New Strange and Stolen Dreams, then visit Simaris in the Sanctuary of any Relay.
- Buy Synthesis Scanners: 25 for 5,000 credits.
- Ask "Do you have any targets?" to get your daily task: one marked target, 2 to 4 scans.
- Fly an Archwing high above an open world on Steel Path and scan enemies from out of their sight. Stealth scans pay more, and Steel Path levels raise the amount.
- Or use Ash, Loki, Ivara or Octavia to stealth-scan high-level enemies in a mission.
- Scan your daily target when it appears. Squad members within range are paid for a synthesis too.
- Keep scanning until you hit the cap, then say "I have completed the synthesis" to collect the daily task bonus on top.

| Simulacrum Access Key | 50,000 |

Tips that save runs
- Simaris standing is subject to the same daily cap as any other syndicate, so scan with the highest-level enemies you can reach.
- The daily cap is 16,000 standing plus 500 per Mastery Rank, counted per syndicate, and it resets at 0:00 UTC. At Mastery Rank 20 that is 26,000 a day.
Mistakes that waste runs
- Turning in the daily task before you have scanned to the cap. Its bonus does not count against the cap, so hand it in last.
- Using Helios Investigator to scan. It gives no Simaris standing.
