Qorvex: Whispers in the Walls quest reward, or Bird 3 (Cavia) at rank 4 for standing. Finish Whispers for the main blueprint and buy the parts from Bird 3 at Cavia rank 2.

How to get Qorvex, step by step

Requirement: Whispers in the Walls (The New War and Heart of Deimos before it)
Main blueprint: Whispers in the Walls quest reward, or Bird 3 (Cavia) at rank 4 for standing
Neuroptics: Sanctum Anatomica bounties (level 55 to 60), or Bird 3 at Cavia rank 2
Chassis: Sanctum Anatomica bounties (level 65 to 70), or Bird 3 at rank 2
Systems: Sanctum Anatomica bounties (level 75 to 80), or Bird 3 at rank 2
Build the parts in the Foundry (12 hours each), then the frame (72 hours), or rush with platinum. The finished frame is also on the Market for platinum.
